Sending Holiday Cards: When Should You Use Office Tech?

‘Tis the season to start thinking about sending holiday cards to your client list. More than a tradition, sending holiday greetings is a great way to keep in touch with your customers and keep your business top-of-mind in the new year. Relying on office technology can make this task infinitely easier.

Here are a few guidelines for incorporating tech into your tradition without losing the personal touch.

When to use technology:

  • Addressing: Never use printed labels, but you can outsource the task to handwriting specialists on Etsy
  • Sending e-cards: E-cards might seem impersonal, but you can work with a graphic designer to incorporate your logo or industry specifics into the design of the card

When not to use technology:

  • Always hand-sign each card
  • Forgo your postage machine for seasonal stamps
