Marriot, Renaissance, Sheraton, and More Hotels Hit by Malware

Marriott, Renaissance, Sheraton, Westin, Le Meridian, and other properties operated by HEI Hotels have been hit by a malware attack that left credit card terminals at its locations vulnerable. Hotels all over the United States have been impacted, including locations in southern California.

If you’ve used your credit card at any of these hotels for business or personal travel, check for suspicious activity in your transaction history.

HEI Hotels operates a number of Starwood and Marriott properties and has published a full list of affected locations at this link. This may be a good time to revisit your corporate credit card and travel policies, including expense documentation and review.
