Game-changing benefits of dual wireless  and satellite connectivity for businesses

Does your business service remote areas of the US or the world? Are you often out of touch with employees due to a lack of wireless coverage? A new service may be an answer to your issues.

T-Mobile has rolled out a combined wireless and satellite system in beta using Starlink. Most smartphones can text using the Starlink system from almost anywhere. Some countries don’t allow satellite phones and may frown on the T-Mobile combined system.

Most of these countries are in Africa and Asia, but check before you send an employee off to another country expecting to utilize their smartphone with satellite coverage. The service is so new that it’s hard to tell which countries may frown on its use.

Current satellite phones are clunky and expensive. One smaller device that can do wireless and satellite is a leap forward. It will save your business money and be easy for your employees to use.

Satellite phones provide expanded and reliable coverage in remote areas that have sparse wireless coverage. They make it easy to communicate worldwide, despite the environment, as long as you’re not indoors or trees or mountains don’t block the signal. The combination of wireless and satellite gives your company more options to get business done in new places worldwide.
