Game-Changing Technology: When the hype around chatbots, blockchain, and IoT becomes tangible

I discussed AI and ChatGPT in a recent blog. All the hype around its use and misuse leaves out its most significant impact on business. It’s the ability to gather a business’s disparate data and mine it for gold.

Chatbots will become more powerful and able to gather data from many business systems. Customers can get complete answers. Employees can correlate all the data to make better decisions.

Fintech companies are a name in the news lately. They want to disrupt the financial world, and their use of Blockchain is one of the ways to do it. Financial institutions move slowly.

Blockchain moves fast, processing large transactions in the blink of an eye. Intermediaries and verification, steps that slow up transactions currently, are no longer necessary. Blockchain offers transparency and easy tracking without sacrificing security, lowering costs.

The Internet of Things, or IoT, will continue to expand in businesses of all kinds. How can a network of devices, sensors, and other objects that collects and exchanges data cause disruption?

A business can use all the data and communication to control and automate processes. The retail sector uses it to deliver an improved shopping experience to its customers. It gets rid of the tedious task of manually tracking assets.

That expensive piece of equipment tells you when it needs maintenance, so you keep it and your production process running like a top. It allows real-time tracking of many functions, saving time and money.
